At Bilingual Child Care & Education Center, our mission is to support families who choose to raise bilingual and culturally inclusive children, preparing them for lifelong success through our Spanish Immersion Childcare and Spanish Immersion Programs. Our two centers are home to a vibrant community of families and educators who gather to cultivate a shared love of children, language, and culture. Together, our early learning community values each child as a unique and special individual with their own gifts and developmental path.

For the past 14 years, we have been working tirelessly to define and create a structure and environment that authentically achieves our mission and embodies our values. Our two centers in Roseville and Mahtomedi continue to evolve, delivering the highest level of excellence possible through our Spanish Immersion Programs. 1. Superior Physical Environment
   The physical environment is paramount to our success in offering Spanish Immersion Childcare. We strive to provide facilities and materials that are second to none. Our classrooms, gymnasiums, kitchens, and natural playgrounds are designed to meet DHS licensing, health, and the highest standards of the NAEYC. Through completing both the NAEYC accreditation and Minnesota’s Parent Aware 4-star rating processes, we have integrated best practices in early learning. We participate annually in state license reviews, where we systematically score very well. We also engage in annual and monthly nurse health consultant visits to ensure our environments are safe and sanitary. Our spaces are visually appealing to stimulate young minds, celebrate Latin culture, and fully support language immersion. Children at our centers have access to diverse, engaging learning materials that foster positive development and encourage play and exploration—key components of our Spanish Immersion Programs.
2. Professional and Nurturing Staff
   Our professional staff, who are integral to our Spanish Immersion Childcare, welcome and nurture children each day. Our teachers are dedicated to their students and partner with parents to best support each child’s learning and development. They focus on building special connections with each child and family by discovering what makes each child unique. Our staff is skilled at managing individual and group dynamics, ensuring that the learning and play environment is safe, calm, and functional. They implement The Center’s professional early learning curriculum, The Creative Curriculum, and foster positive development for each child at their own pace. We strive for high standards, and our staff have made our mission and values their life’s work, providing the highest quality Spanish Immersion Childcare and education.
